Privacy policy

ContratoPy requests minimal data to edit, generate and sign contract templates. Data is used to provide the requested service, improve security and keep operational records.

When simple digital acceptance is used, the signed PDF may record name, document number, date, IP address, browser used, selected signature style and approximate location only if the signer grants browser permission.

Contracts edited by users may contain personal information. Users are responsible for not uploading unnecessary third-party data without authorization.

The platform may use technical cookies, analytics and, when enabled, Google AdSense. Advertising must remain separate from navigation, download or signature buttons.
